Maintains minutes of board meetings and sends meeting invitations.

Keeps the financial records for our group and pays s the bills.

Theresa Boisseau

Recruits new members and retains membership through outreach.  Keeps records of dues payments.

Matt Garcia

Secures speakers for meetings and develops special interest groups like our Book Club.

Bill Kilgore

Organizes post card, voter registration, block walking texting, and telephone campaigns, coordinatees political sign distribution.

Coordinates set up and close down of meetings and provides items used for refreshments.

Carl Jones

Organizes and promotes club participation in our Non-Urban Rural Outreach.

Judy Curtis Kuempel

Advertisement of the club activities and work with other board members on a comprehensive communication plan across all media platforms.

Paula Ellis

Develops content for the Newsletter and leverages that content for use by other media.
