About the event
Conducted by the University of Texas/Texas Politics Project in August 2025, key poll findings show a remarkable turnaround in the attitude of Texas residents. We suspect you’ll be amazed, and pleased, with these findings. A recent CNN nationwide poll showed that most Americans no longer identify as Republicans or Democrats but rather as Independents who choose candidates for their respective positions rather than political affiliation.
You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and hear from six of our Champions for Democracy candidates. They include:
