On February 28th, Texas Advocacy Day will kick off at 10:30AM for a program and legislative learning session at First United Methodist Church in Austin . Volunteers and community partners from across the state will be gathering to learn the importance of state legislation.

About the event
On February 28th, Texas Advocacy Day will kick off at 10:30AM for a program and legislative learning session at First Baptist Church, 901 Trinity St in Austin. Volunteers and community partners from across the state will be gathering to learn the importance of state legislation. Then we will head as a group to a rally at 12PM at the steps of the Capitol, 5 minutes from the church. Then we meet with legislators and advocate for change.
